The reason why so many people are constantly looking for the ways to de-stress and relax is obvious. We live in a crazingly busy, stressful world with constant flows of information and activities. We spend most of time on work, social media and TV – no wonder why we need some time to de-stress the body and mind. 1. White Noise Lite

With the hustle and bustle of the office, it’s hard to stay focused on your tasks. The White Noise Lite app helps you stay calm while working, shopping, working out and doing household chores. If you have trouble falling asleep, the app may help you too. The app has been featured by popular TV shows and used by millions of people.
