மனதால் ஒரு பழக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்திக் கொண்டால் அதை மாற்றுவது அவ்வளவு சுலபமான வேலை இல்லை!

பழக்கம் என்பது நீங்கள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் ஒரே செயலை இயந்திரத்தனமாக பிரக்ஞை இன்றி செய்வது தான்!

இப்படி தான் மனிதர்களில் 95% மக்கள் செய்கிறார்கள். ஒரு காரியத்தை தினசரி திரும்ப திரும்ப செய்யும் போது அதுவே உங்கள் பழக்கமாகி போகிறது. அது உங்கள் ஆழ்மனதில் அழுத்தமாக பதிந்து விடுகிறது.

இப்படி 20 வருடங்கள் ஒரு பழக்கம் உங்களிடம் இருந்தால் அதை மாற்றுவது என்பது மரணவலியை உண்டு பண்ணும். இதற்கு பதிலாக என் உயிரை கூட விட தயார் என கூறுவார்கள்.

சக்கரை வியாதி உள்ளவர்கள் வயதான காலத்தில் இப்படிதான் கூறுவார்கள். பழகிய உணவு பழக்கத்தை மாற்ற இயலாது.

நீங்கள் உங்கள் பெற்றோர்களால் கோயிலுக்கு சென்று சிலை வழிபாட்டை மேற்கொண்டு 25 வருட வாலிப பருவத்தில் உங்கள் சுய சிந்தனையாலும் பகுத்தறிவினாலும் சிலை வழிபாட்டில் பயனில்லை அது நம்பிக்கையின் அடிப்படையிலான ஒன்று என புரிந்து கொண்டாலும் கூட உங்களால் ஒருகாலும் உங்களை மாற்றி கொள்ள இயலாது.

அப்படி மாற்றி கொள்ள மிகுந்த தைரியம் வேண்டும்!  பெரும்பாலான அறிவாளிகளுக்கு தைரியம் கிடையாது. படிப்பறிவு இல்லாதவனிடம் உள்ள தைரியத்தில் கால் பாகம் கூட படித்தவனிடம் கிடையாது.

ஆகவே தான் மருத்துவர், பொறியாளர், தத்துவவாதி, விஞ்ஞானி அனைவருக்கும் சுய சிந்தனை பகுத்தறிவு இருந்தும் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும் தைரியம் இல்லை.

அவனால் தன் மனதை மாற்றி கொள்ள இயலவில்லை. சிறுவயது பழக்கம் பசுமரத்தாணி போல பதிந்து விட்டது. மேலும் இந்த உலகில் 90% மக்கள் சிலைகளை வழிபடும் போது நீங்கள் மட்டும் தியானம் செய்வது பைத்தியகார செயல் போல உங்களுக்கு தோன்றுகிறது!

ஆமாம். கோவணம் கட்டாத ஊரில் கோவணம் கட்டியவன் பைத்தியகாரன்தான்!

மனம் ஒருவழியில் தன்னை பழக்கப்படுத்தி கொண்ட பின் அதிலேயே ஆழமாக போய்விடும். மாற்றத்தை விரும்பாது. புதுமையை கண்டு பயப்படும். மனம் உங்கள் மீதான தனது அதிகாரத்தை அவ்வளவு எளிதாக விட்டு விடாது. உங்கள் துயரங்கள் வேதனைகளுக்கு காரணமே உங்கள் மனம் தான்.

மனம் தன்னை இழக்க ஒரு போதும் ஒத்துக்கொள்ளாது. தியானம் என்பது மனதிற்கு சாவு மணி. பிறகு எப்படி அது உங்களை தியானத்தில் ஈடுபட செய்யும்?  பல வித எண்ணங்களை உண்டாக்கி தியானம் செய்ய விடாமல் தடுக்கும்.

100க்கு 80% பேர் தியானத்தை சோம்பேறிகளின் வேலை என கருதுகிறார்கள். அந்த முட்டாள்கள் அந்த நேரத்தை பணம் சம்பாரிக்கும் பயனுள்ள வழியாக ஆக்குவார்களாம்! இது தான் மனித மனம்.

மனதை மாற்றி புதிய மாற்றத்தில் வாழ்வதற்கு மிகுந்த வைராக்கியம் வேண்டும். தியானம் செய்வதன் மூலம் மனதை நிறுத்த சில வருடங்கள் ஆகலாம். இதுதான் உண்மை. தேவை விடாமுயற்சி!

அப்படி முடியாவிட்டால் மனதின் பழக்கத்தில் சிக்கி இப்படியே இயந்திரத்தனமாக வாழ்ந்து வேதனையோடும் கவலைகளோடும் கோவிலுக்கு சென்று பொய்யான நம்பிக்கையும் ஆறுதலும் பெற்று ஏதோ வாழ்ந்து மடியுங்கள்.

 Making a habit with the mind and changing it is not an easy task!

 The habit is that you do the same thing over and over again mechanically without fuss!

 This is what 95% of people do.  When you repeat a thing daily, it becomes your habit.  It's deeply ingrained in you.

 If you have a habit like this for 20 years then changing it can be fatal.  Instead they will say that my life is more than ready.

 This is what people with diabetes say in old age.  It is not possible to change the old eating habits.

 You will never be able to change yourself even if you go to the temple with your parents and do idolatry and during your 25 years of adolescence your self-consciousness and rationality make idolatry useless which is based on faith.

 It takes a lot of courage to change like that!  Most intellectuals do not have the courage.  The educated do not have even a quarter of the courage of the uneducated.

 That is why not all physicians, engineers, philosophers, and scientists have the courage to practice self-thinking from rationality.

 He could not change his mind.  Childhood habits are ingrained like hibiscus.  And when 90% of the people in this world worship idols, meditating on yourself alone seems like a crazy act to you!

 Yes.  The one who built Kovanam in the city where Kovanam was not built is a madman!

 Once the mind has accustomed itself in a certain way it will go deeper into it.  Does not want change.  Afraid of innovation.  The mind does not give up its power over you so easily.  Your mind is the cause of your sorrows and pains.

 The mind never agrees to lose itself.  Meditation is the death knell for the mind.  Then how does it make you engage in meditation?  It prevents many thoughts from forming and meditating.

 80% to 100% consider meditation to be the work of the lazy.  Those fools can make that time an effective way of making money!  This is the human mind.

 It takes a lot of zeal to change the mind and live in a new change.  It can take years to stop the mind from meditating.  this is the truth.  Perseverance required!

 If that is not possible then get stuck in the habit of the mind and live like this mechanically and go to the temple with pain and worries and get false hope and comfort and live something folded.

 How can you become an engineer.  That's what you do,

 Not you.  Do not get too deeply involved with your actions.  Because

 That act will enslave you.

 If you work as a doctor,

 Can do the job of an engineer or the job of a governor.

 But that does not mean that you are.  You can leave the engineer job and become a painter, painter job

 Can leave and become a street collector.

 You are infinitely powerful.

 Infinite to be present at the birth of a child

 The energy slowly decreases and it stops in a certain direction.

 As soon as a baby is born it has different degrees of energy but sooner

 Starts to select.

 We support the selection as such.

 Only then can it be glorified.

Ukrainian war real facts

*Vladimir Putin didn’t just invade the Ukraine on 24/02/2022, he officially ended the petrodollar system.*    How? Remember, Russians don’t do anything without a plan. They & China have been prepping for this moment for years & are now ready: 

Russia has stated NATO expansion 

into Ukraine was a red line. 

-They knew their invasion of Ukraine would be inevitable and would have strategized that the US/West’s response would be SWIFT $ system exclusions/sanctions. 

-Reasonable to expect that Russia’s next step would have been to shut off oil/gas pipelines to Europe, as Russia has built up huge Yuan, gold & commodity reserves. 

-This will cause massive price and supply disruptions (war level) to the western markets & monetary system. 

- For years Russia & China have looked for ways to re-monetize gold & exit abuses of SWIFT system as a geo-political tool against them, but how to do it, how to exit, without West declaring it an act of aggression or war against West? 

- This Ukraine invasion just accomplished that end for them. 

And the West is doing it themselves. 

-Now, freed to declare themselves SWIFT system outcasts by the western govt hands, Russia can now say “we will turn oil pipelines back on, but not for dollars.” 

- Russia then declares that Europe or anyone that wants Russian oil (as 3rd largest global producer) or Russian/Ukrainian wheat (1/4 of worlds production) must pay in gold, or use the ruble-yuan gold backed payment system. 

- Their leverage as an oil producer (who cuts off supply) will cause almost immediate price shocks to the western world. A good part of the population could immediately be unable to heat their homes. 

- Almost equal to the oil shock they’d cause is their ability to cause food shortages and price spikes through the disruption of wheat production. 

-Unmentioned in all this is China. Who has been silent & not condemned Russia.That means silent approval & cooperation. 

- China will act to soak up Russian production of oil and wheat to soften the blow to their “strategic partner”. 

- This will again be through the Yuan-Ruble facility and at some point overtly-stated gold backing of that system by Russia and China. 

- The West will of course declare those last two bullets as acts of global aggression and direct threats to the “world monetary system”. 

- At this point that there will be a clear fracture of the world’s monetary system into 2 competing East/West  structures, circling back to the initial point that the 50 year global petrodollar system has just officially been ended by Putin. 

If the above analysis is indeed correct, then the threat to the petro-$ is no different to the time of Charles De Gaulle or Gaddafi, but on a far larger scale. They can't remove Putin as easy as they did with previous leaders who challenged their fraudulent petrodollar monetary system.                   *Interesting analysis on removing Russia from SWIFT system:*

What are the consequences of US & EU kicking Russia off SWIFT System?

Will it hurt Russian Economy? Economists like Raghuram Rajan want you to believe this.

But, Removing Russia from SWIFT could be exactly what Russia, China and Bharat desire. 

Why? Read on.

SPFS (‘System for Transfer of Financial Messages') is a Russian equivalent of the SWIFT financial transfer system, developed by the Central Bank of Russia. The system has been in development since 2014, after US Govt threatened to disconnect Russia from the SWIFT system.

There are plans to integrate the SPFS network with the China-based CIPS (Cross-Border Inter-Bank Payments System). 

If either of those then interconnect to Bharat's SFMS …..

Can you imagine the effect?

If Russia is removed from SWIFT, the blow to the US economy, and especially that of EU would be enormous.  The vast majority of SWIFT transactions are settled in US dollars, which helps solidify the US currency status as the global reserve currency.

This gives the US tremendous influence over the world economy, therein lies the real power.

If Russia + China + Bharat come up with an alternate system to compete against SWIFT that will be a competing currency transactional system and it’ll further weaken the US dollar.

Not to mention Russia is the second largest exporter of energy and China is the largest manufacture exporter with Bharat fast catching up.

They could start their own economy & adopt existing partners such as African countries (largest precious mineral producer) and Saudi Arabia (third largest energy producer) putting Europe and United States economy on back foot extensively.

By Removing Russia (one of the biggest oil producers) from Swift, USD will be DESTROYED as global currency as oil,most traded commodity in world, is paid in USD.

 If "forced to leave SWIFT", Russia will expand SPFS internationally, and nations that intend to keep importing Russian oil & natural gas will have to join Russia’s new banking transaction system

And you know that Russian Gas is cheapest which no-one can afford Not to have.

If Russia breaks from SWIFT, watch for China & Bharat to announce same. We are actually watching the destruction of the USD taking place be4 our eyes.

Other countries will be more than happy to assist with this New System which gives them a chance to improve their currency.

Start looking for words “Eurasian Union” to appear in articles very soon. We are getting closer to the new digital economic system and global digital currency soon.  What is horrific is that developed countries [US etc] will drop from having 80% of World's income to 35%.

Ordinary Americans calling for Russia to be ejected from SWIFT, do not realize that US uses the dollar to borrow at discounted rates, that debt is $30Trillion as of today, so if the dollars’ influence is reduced, US transactions would be much more expensive.

US economy will be on verge of destruction while paying interest elements only.

While costs for businesses would pass on to US consumers, Americans would have to then pay more for everything. Are they ready for that? Are US politicians & companies ready for that as well?

Do you still think that President Putin acted in haste with Ukraine Offensive?

And....If you still think that PM Modi discusses with Putin about ONLY safety of Bharat's citizens in Ukraine....

 - கோதுமை உற்பத்தியை சீர்குலைப்பதன் மூலம் உணவுப் பற்றாக்குறை மற்றும் விலை ஏற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் திறன் ஆகியவை அவர்கள் ஏற்படுத்தும் எண்ணெய் அதிர்ச்சிக்கு கிட்டத்தட்ட சமம்.

 -இதில் குறிப்பிடப்படாதது சீனா.  ரஷ்யாவைக் கண்டிக்காமல் அமைதியாக இருந்தவர். அதாவது அமைதியான ஒப்புதல் மற்றும் ஒத்துழைப்பு.

 - தங்கள் "மூலோபாய பங்காளிக்கு" அடியை மென்மையாக்க, எண்ணெய் மற்றும் கோதுமையின் ரஷ்ய உற்பத்தியை ஊறவைக்க சீனா செயல்படும்.

 - இது மீண்டும் யுவான்-ரூபிள் வசதி மூலமாகவும், சில சமயங்களில் ரஷ்யா மற்றும் சீனாவும் அந்த அமைப்பிற்கு தங்க ஆதரவை வெளிப்படையாகக் கூறுகிறது.

 - மேற்கத்திய நாடுகள் நிச்சயமாக அந்த கடைசி இரண்டு தோட்டாக்களை உலகளாவிய ஆக்கிரமிப்புச் செயல்களாகவும், "உலக நாணய அமைப்புக்கு" நேரடி அச்சுறுத்தலாகவும் அறிவிக்கும்.

 இது ரஷ்ய பொருளாதாரத்தை பாதிக்குமா?  ரகுராம் ராஜன் போன்ற பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள் இதை நீங்கள் நம்ப வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறார்கள்.

 ஆனால், SWIFT இலிருந்து ரஷ்யாவை அகற்றுவது என்பது ரஷ்யா, சீனா மற்றும் பாரத் விரும்புவதாக இருக்கலாம்.

 ஏன்?  படிக்கவும்.

 SPFS (‘நிதிச் செய்திகளை மாற்றுவதற்கான அமைப்பு’) என்பது ரஷ்யாவின் மத்திய வங்கியால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட SWIFT நிதிப் பரிமாற்ற முறைக்கு இணையான ஒரு ரஷ்ய மொழியாகும்.  SWIFT அமைப்பிலிருந்து ரஷ்யாவைத் துண்டிக்கப் போவதாக அமெரிக்க அரசாங்கம் அச்சுறுத்தியதைத் தொடர்ந்து, 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் இந்த அமைப்பு வளர்ச்சியில் உள்ளது.

 SPFS நெட்வொர்க்கை சீனாவை தளமாகக் கொண்ட CIPS (கிராஸ்-பார்டர் இன்டர்-பேங்க் பேமெண்ட்ஸ் சிஸ்டம்) உடன் ஒருங்கிணைக்கத் திட்டங்கள் உள்ளன.

 அவற்றில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்று பாரதத்தின் SFMS உடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டால் .....

 விளைவை கற்பனை செய்ய முடியுமா?

 SWIFT இலிருந்து ரஷ்யா அகற்றப்பட்டால், அமெரிக்கப் பொருளாதாரம் மற்றும் குறிப்பாக ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியத்தின் தாக்கம் மிகப்பெரியதாக இருக்கும்.  SWIFT பரிவர்த்தனைகளில் பெரும்பாலானவை அமெரிக்க டாலர்களில் செட்டில் செய்யப்பட்டன, இது உலகளாவிய இருப்பு நாணயமாக அமெரிக்க நாணய நிலையை உறுதிப்படுத்த உதவுகிறது.

 இது உலகப் பொருளாதாரத்தின் மீது அமெரிக்காவிற்கு பெரும் செல்வாக்கைக் கொடுக்கிறது, அதில்தான் உண்மையான சக்தி உள்ளது.

 ரஷ்யா + சீனா + பாரத் ஆகிய நாடுகள் SWIFTக்கு எதிராக போட்டியிட ஒரு மாற்று அமைப்பைக் கொண்டு வந்தால், அது ஒரு போட்டி நாணய பரிவர்த்தனை அமைப்பாக இருக்கும், மேலும் அது அமெரிக்க டாலரை மேலும் பலவீனப்படுத்தும்.

 ரஷியா இரண்டாவது பெரிய எரிசக்தி ஏற்றுமதியாளராகவும், சீனா மிகப்பெரிய உற்பத்தி ஏற்றுமதியாளராகவும் உள்ளது, பாரத் வேகமாகப் பிடிக்கிறது.

 பிற நாடுகள் இந்த புதிய அமைப்பில் உதவுவதில் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகின்றன, இது அவர்களின் நாணயத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான வாய்ப்பை வழங்குகிறது.

நீங்கள் எந்தவொரு ஜென் துறவியிடமோ சென்று எந்த வகையான பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு தீர்வு கேட்டாலும், அவர்களிடம் இருந்து வரும் ஒரே பதில், மனதை சும்மா வைக்கப்பழகு. எதையும் சிந்திக்காதே" என்பதுதான்.

உலகின் அணைத்து பிரச்சினைகளுக்கும் மூலக்காரணம் ஒன்றே ஒன்றுதான். அது மனம்.

ஏனைய மதங்களைப் போல பரிகாரங்கள், வழிபாடுகள், சித்து விளையாடல்கள்,.......... போன்ற உலக மாயையில் மக்களை ஆழ்த்திவிடாமல், நேரடியாக மனதை அழிக்கும் கலையை கற்றுத் தரும் ஒரே மார்க்கம் ஜென் தான்.

"Zen" என்பது ஒரு சீனமொழிச்சொல். அதன் பொருள், "தியானம் செய்" என்பதாகும்.

நாம் எந்த செயல் செய்த போதும், நம் மனம் அசையாமல் இருக்குமேயானால் அதுவே தியானம் ஆகும்.

ஆசனம் இட்டு மூச்சை அடக்கி வராத தியானத்தை வா வா என்று மனதுடன் சண்டையிடுவது தியானமல்ல.

இந்த தியானக்கலையை நாம் அறிந்து சதா தியானத்திலேயே நம்மை இருக்கச்செய்யும் கலையே ஜென் ஆகும்!!

ஜென் (Zen) தத்துவத்தில் முதல் படியே நம்மை அந்த முழுமைக்கு இட்டுச்சென்று விடும்.

போதிதர்மர் அளிக்கும் பத்து மகத்தான பாடங்களில் முதலாவது இது தான், "Be Utterly present", அதாவது "நிகழ்கணத்தில் முழுமையாக இரு" என்பது.

நம் மனம் எப்பொழுது உயிர் பெறுகிறது என்று சிந்தித்தால், நாம் நம் கடந்த காலத்தையோ எதிர்காலத்தையோ கற்பனை செய்தோமேயானால், அப்பொழுதே நம் மனம் உதிக்கிறது.

சிறிது சிறிதாக நாம் நம் மனதை நிகழ் கணத்தில் நிறுத்த பழகிவிட்டால், மனம் எதைபற்றியும் சிந்திக்காமல், நாம் நம் சுய வடிவான ஆனந்தத்தில் இருப்போம்.

மனம் சிந்திக்கும் போதே இன்பம், துன்பம் என்னும் இருமைகளை அடைகிறது.

மாறாக எதையுமே சிந்திக்காமல் இருந்தால் ஆனந்தமாக இருப்போம்.

ஒரே வரியில் ஜென்னை விளக்க வேண்டுமேனில், "இன்பமோ, துன்பமா எதைப் பற்றியும் சிந்திக்காதே" அவ்வளவு தான்!!!

இதை தான் பகவத்கீதையில் கண்ணன் "கர்மயோகி" என்று கூறுகிறார்.

 Meditation is when our mind is still, no matter what we do.

 It is not meditation to fight with the mind to come to the meditation that does not lead to asana and suppress the breath.

 Zen is the art that makes us aware of this art of meditation and keeps us in perpetual meditation !!

 The first step in Zen philosophy will lead us to that wholeness.

 This is the first of the ten great lessons taught by the Bodhisattva, "Be Utterly present", which means "Be fully present in the present".

 If we think about when our mind comes to life, if we imagine our past or future, then our mind rolls.

 If little by little we become accustomed to stopping our mind in the moment, without the mind thinking of anything, we will be in our self-shaped bliss.

 When the mind thinks, it reaches the duality of pleasure and pain.

 Instead we will be happy if we do not think of anything.

 If you want to explain Jenn in one line, "Don't think of pleasure or pain" is all !!!

 This is what Kannan says in the Bhagavad Gita as "Karmayogi".
