தயவு செய்து, இந்த விஷயத்தில் தெளிவாக இருக்கவேண்டும் - நீங்கள் எந்த செயல்முறையாலும், எந்த ஒழுக்கத்தின் மூலமாகவும், எந்த விதமான தியானத்தின் மூலமாகவும், சத்தியம், கடவுள் அல்லது அதற்கு நீங்கள் வைக்க விரும்பும் பெயர் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், அதனிடம் செல்ல முடியாது.

அது மிகவும் பெரியது, அதை கற்பனை செய்ய முடியாது. எந்த விளக்கமும் அதை உண்மையாக்காது. எந்த புத்தகமும் அதை விவரிக்க முடியாது; எந்த வார்த்தையும் அதைக் கொண்டிருக்காது. 

எனவே நீங்கள் எந்த வஞ்சக முறையினாலும், எந்த ஒரு தியாகத்தினாலும், எந்த ஒழுக்கத்தினாலும் அல்லது எந்த ஒரு குருவின் மூலமாகவும் அதை அடைய முடியாது.

நீங்கள் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும், அது உங்களை நோக்கி வரும். நீங்கள் அதை நோக்கி செல்ல முடியாது. அதுதான் ஒருவர் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டிய அடிப்படை விஷயம்.

 மனதின் எந்தத் தந்திரத்தாலும், எந்தக் கட்டுப்பாட்டின் மூலமும், எந்த அறத்தின் மூலமும், எந்த நிர்ப்பந்தத்தின் மூலமும், எந்த விதமான அடக்குமுறையின் மூலமும், மனம் உண்மையை நோக்கிச் செல்ல முடியாது.

மனதால் செய்யக்கூடியதெல்லாம் அமைதியாக இருப்பதுதான் மட்டும்தான் - அதைப் பெறும் விருப்பம் இல்லாமல். 

இதுதான் எல்லாவற்றிலும் மிகவும் கடினமான ஒன்று. 

ஏனென்றால், சில விஷயங்களைச் செய்வதன் மூலம் உண்மையை உடனடியாக அனுபவிக்க முடியும் என்று நினைக்கிறோம். 

உண்மையை விலைக்கு வாங்க முடியாது.

 Please be clear on this point - you can not go by any process, by any discipline, by any kind of meditation, truth, God or whatever name you want to give it.

 It's so big, it's unimaginable.  No explanation makes that true.  No book can describe it;  No word can contain it.

 So you can not achieve it by any deceitful method, by any one sacrifice, by any morality or by any one guru.

 You have to wait, it will come towards you.  You can't go towards it.  That is the basic thing that one needs to understand.

  The mind cannot move towards the truth by any trickery of the mind, by any control, by any virtue, by any compulsion, by any kind of oppression.

 All the mind can do is be calm - without the desire to receive it.

 This is the hardest thing of all.

 Because we think we can experience the truth instantly by doing certain things.

 Truth cannot be bought for a price.
