உடலுறவின் மூலம் உன்னைப் போலவே மற்ற பல உடல்களை உன்னால் உருவாக்க முடியும். காமம் என்பது உற்பத்தி மையம். அது போலே உன்னை நீயே புதிதாக உற்பத்தி செய்து கொள்வது எப்படி?. உன்னுடைய சக்தி சகஸ்ரார சக்ரத்தை அதாவது ஏழாவது மையத்தை தொட்டால் .. நீயே உன்னை புதிதாக உற்பத்தி செய்யத் தொடங்குவாய். அதை தான் உயிர்த்தெழுதல் என சொல்கிறோம்.  புதிதாக பிறந்து வா என்பது போல தான் இது. அதற்கடுத்து நீயே உனக்கு தாய் தந்தை இரண்டுமாகிவிடுகிறாய். உன்னுடைய சூரிய மையம் உனக்கு தந்தையாகவும் உன்னுடைய சந்திரமையம் உனக்கு தாயாகவும் மாறிப் போகிறது. உனக்குள் இருக்கும் சூரியனும் சந்திரனும் இணையும் போது உருவாகும் சக்தி  தலையை நோக்கி பாய்கிறது. இதுவே உனக்குள் நடக்கும் உச்சகட்டம் எனலாம். இந்த நிகழ்வு சூரிய சந்திர கலப்பாகும்.. ஆன்ம சாத்தான் கலப்பாகும்... ஆண் பெண் கலப்பாகும்.

உன்னுடைய மொத்த உடலையும் ஆண் பெண் என பிரிக்க முடியும். நீங்கள் பார்த்திருப்பீர்கள்... இடது கை பழக்கமுள்ளவர்கள் வெறுக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். ஒரு குழந்தை முதன் முதலாக இடது கையில் எழுதினால் மொத்த சமூகமும் தாய் தந்தை ஆசிரியர் என எல்லோரும் எதிர்க்கிறார்கள். அது வலது கையில் எழுத கட்டாயப்படுத்தப் படுகிறது. வலது நல்லது இடது தீயது.. ஏன்?. உலகில் மொத்தமுமாக 10% மக்கள் தான் இடது கை பழக்கமுள்ளவர்கள். அதாவது பத்தில் ஒருவரே இடது கை பழக்கமுள்ளவராக இருப்பதால் அவர்கள் சிறுபான்மை. மிகச்சிலரே வலது கைக்கு மாற்றப்படுகிறார்கள். ஏன்?. வலது கை சூரிய மையத்தோடு தொடர்புடையது. அதாவது ஆண்மையம். இடது கையென்பது சந்திர மையம்.அதாவது பெண் மையம். மொத்த சமூகமும் ஆண் ஆதிக்கம் சார்ந்தது. 

உனது இடது மூக்கு சந்திர மையம். வலது மூக்கு சூரிய மையம். நீங்கள் இதை முயன்று பார்க்கலாம். எப்போதெல்லாம் நீங்கள் மிக சூடாக  இருக்கிறீர்களோ.. அப்போது கண்களை மூடிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.. உங்கள் வலது மூக்கை அழுத்தி அடைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.. இடது மூக்கில் சுவாசியுங்கள்.பத்து நிமிடத்தில் உங்கள் உடல் குளிர்ந்துவிடும். இந்த பரிசோதனை எளிமையானது. நீங்கள் குளிரில் நடுங்குவது போல சூழல் வரும்போது இடது மூக்கை அழுத்திக்கொண்டு வலது மூக்கில் மட்டும் சுவாசியுங்கள். பத்து நிமிடத்தில் உடல் சமநிலைக்கு வந்துவிடும்.

யோகிகள் இது மாதிரி பல பரிசோதனைகளை வெளி உலகிற்கு சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் காலை எழும்போது வலது மூக்கில் சுவாசம் இருக்கும்போது எழுந்திருக்கமாட்டார்கள். வலது மூச்சின்போது நீ எழுந்துவிட்டால் அன்றைய தினம் கோபமாகவும் பதட்டமாகவும் சண்டையாகவும் ஆக்ரோசமாகவும் அமைந்துவிடும். உன்னால் ஆக்க சக்தியுடன் செயல்படமுடியாது. அதனால் யோகிகள் காலை எழும்போது இடது மூக்கில் சுவாசம் இருக்குமாயின் அது நல்லது. அது தான் நீ மேலே எழுவதற்கான சூழல் என்றார்கள். அப்படியில்லாமல் ஒரு வேளை வலது மூக்கில் சுவாசம் இருக்குமாயின் அதை மூடிக்கொண்டு இடதில் சுவாசம் நடைபெற அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும். சிறிது நேரத்தில் இடது மூக்கில் மூச்சுத் தொடரத் தொடங்கும் .. அதன் பின் நீ எழுந்துக் கொள்ளலாம். 

இடது மூக்கில் சுவாசம் இருக்கும் போது நீங்கள் காலை எழுந்து பாருங்கள். அந்த நாள் மிக வித்தியாசமான நாளாக இருக்கும். உங்களுக்கு கோபம் வராது.. விரக்தியடையமாட்டீர்.. குழுமையாகவும் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான நாளாகவும் அது இருக்கும். உங்கள் தியானமும் மிக ஆழமாக இருக்கும். நீங்கள் யாருடனாவது சண்டையிட  வேண்டுமானால் வலது மூக்கில் மூச்சு இருக்கும் போது அது நலம் பயக்கும்!!.. யாருடனாவது அன்பாக காரியமாற்ற வேண்டுமென்றால் இடது பக்க மூச்சிருக்கும் பொழுது தான் அது சரியாக இருக்கும்.

 Through sexual intercourse you can create many other bodies just like yourself.  Lust is the center of production.  How do you do all this cool stuff?  When your power touches the Saksara Chakra i.e. the seventh center .. you will start producing yourself anew.  That is what we call the resurrection.  It's like being born again.  After that you become both mother and father to yourself.  Your solar center is going to be your father and your lunar center is going to be your mother.  The energy generated when the sun and moon merge within you flows towards the head.  This is the climax that happens within you.  This phenomenon is a mixture of the sun and the moon.

 Your whole body can be divided into male and female.  As you can see ... left-handed people are hated.  If a child writes in the left hand for the first time the whole community opposes the mother as the father teacher.  It is forced to write in the right hand.  Right is good and left is bad .. why ?.  Only 10% of the world's population is left-handed.  That means they are a minority because only one in ten is left-handed.  Very few are transferred to the right hand.  Why ?.  The right arm is associated with the solar center.  I.e. masculinity.  The left hand is the lunar center.  The whole society is male dominated.

 Your left nose is the lunar center.  Right Nose Sun Center.  You can try this.  Whenever you are very hot .. then close your eyes .. press and close your right nose .. breathe in your left nose. In ten minutes your body will cool down.  This experiment is simple.  Press the left nostril and breathe only through the right nostril when the situation arises as you shiver in the cold.  In ten minutes the body will come to balance.

 Yogis have told the outside world many experiments like this.  They do not wake up in the morning when there is breathing in the right nostril.  If you wake up during the right breath the day will become angry, nervous, quarrelsome and aggressive.  You cannot act with creative power.  So it is good if yogis have breathing in the left nostril when they wake up in the morning.  That's the environment for you to rise above.  Otherwise if there is breathing in the right nostril it should be closed and allowed to breathe in the left.  After a while the left nostril will start to breathe .. then you can get up.

 You wake up in the morning when there is breathing in the left nostril.  That day will be a very different day.  You will not get angry .. you will not get frustrated .. it will be a group and creative day.  Your meditation will also be very deep.  If you want to fight with someone it's good when you have a breath in the right nostril !!
